    TICKET INFORMATION

    Wristband’s pick-up information will be sent to purchasers via email. Wristbands will be available for pick up on Saturday & Sunday the weekend of the festival. 

    In order to attend, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results will be required to attend Palm Tree Music Festival 2021. For patrons who are not fully vaccinated, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 48-72 hours of attending Palm Tree Music Festival.     Palm Tree Music Festival is a rain or shine event.


    After careful consideration, we’ve revised our ticket policy and all tickets for 2021 will be refunded at the full value including all fees if the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 global pandemic. If the event is rescheduled for a future date, your ticket will be valid for the new date and no refund option will be given. 

    FESTIVAL RULES & POLICIES

    • The festival is 21+.
    • Everyone is subject to search at festival entrance gates and in the campgrounds.
    • Wristband is void if tampered with or damaged.
    • NO wristband sharing.
    • Festival is rain or shine.
    • No refunds; all sales are final.
    • No downgrades; but you may upgrade your purchases.

    FESTIVAL SAFETY

    Safety and security are at the core of an enjoyable experience at Palm Tree Music Festival

    We are working with local, state, and federal authorities to ensure the safest possible experience for our fans, staff, volunteers, and artists. Uniformed and plain-clothed security will be present throughout the Festival site and are available 24/7 to respond and assist with any safety or security needs.

    To ensure everyone’s safety, some of the security measures you will notice upon your arrival include vehicle searches, bag checks, metal detectors for all staff and attendees, and dog sweeps.
    If you see something, say something. If anything seems out of place or suspicious, please notify the nearest security, medical or general staff member.

    COVID-19: We continue to monitor the evolving health mandates and regulations. For the most current COVID-19 information relating to the festival, please refer to the COVID-19 section below, which will be updated as the festival approaches. While safety is our top priority, the risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

    MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

    If you or someone you know needs medical assistance at the festival, flag down nearby emergency or security staff or go to the First Aid location. The First Aid location is a safe space.. Be honest with emergency personnel. They are there to help you, not to get you in trouble.

    Any information provided to emergency personnel is kept confidential.

    EVACUATION

    Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits.

    COVID-19 WARNING

    COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.

    ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the festival. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival. By entering the festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html.

    Harassment based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, citizenship, religion, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, age, body size, pregnancy, ability, appearance or otherwise will NOT be tolerated.

    We will be following all state, county, and federal health guidelines provided.  In order to enter, all attendees will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination card and/or negative PCR test acquired within 48-72 hours of the festival.

    IS THERE AN AGE MINIMUM?

    CREDENTIALS & SECURITY

    There will be strict credential checking and security throughout the property to ensure all guests have a safe and comfortable experience.

    Guests who purchase a platinum pass, will not be able to access the Palm Club or backstage. Guests who purchase a Gold ticket, will not be able to access the platinum or Palm Club.

    HOW DO I RECEIVE MY CREDENTIALS & GIFT BAG?

    Prior to entering the property, all guests will be required to check-in at a nearby offsite location to pick up their wristbands and credentials. Pick up will be available starting Saturday, August 28, 2021. 

    CAN I PARK AT THE EVENT?

    Yes, you must purchase a parking pass to park your vehicle on the property. Various parking passes are available at the check-out page corresponding to different ticket types. 

    CAN I BE DROPPED OFF AT THE EVENT?

    Yes, we will share detailed drop-off and pick up information a few days prior to the event. All guests will still need to pick up their credentials at the off-site location prior to entering the property.

    WILL THERE BE SEATING?

    Yes, guests in the On Stage, RV and Beach Club categories will have private lounge furniture for the group. Guests in the Platinum and Gold sections will have lounge furniture spaced out throughout the section for shared access. 

    CAN YOU HELP US WITH A HOME RENTAL IN THE AREA?

    SINCE THE EVENT IS AT AN AIRPORT, CAN I LAND MY HELICOPTER/PLANE ON PROPERTY THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

    Yes, the airport will only be partially closed and will be operational the day/evening of the event. We will be sharing charter/landing details in the coming two weeks. We recommend purchasing your ticket package and sending us an email if you plan to arrive by air. 

    CAN YOU HELP ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE EVENT FOR A LARGER GROUP?

    Yes! Please contact us at info@palmtreemusicfestival.com for special packages including party buses and more. 

    WILL THERE BE CONCESSIONS ONSITE AND CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD, BEVERAGE, OR ALCOHOL

    Food and beverage offerings are showcased on the ticket page. You will not be able to bring in your own food or beverages. All guests will be required to display a valid ID prior to being served, proving 21+.

    ARE PETS ALLOWED?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

    WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

    All types of food and beverages are strictly prohibited along with illegal drugs, weapons, pets, grills, fire pits, fireworks, banners, signs, bicycles, mopeds, large inflatables.

    WHERE CAN I BUY FESTIVAL MERCHANDISE?

    Exclusive merch for the event can be purchased on www.palmtreecrew.com. Items will also be available for sale on-site at the event. 

    ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE AFTER PURCHASE AND WHAT IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER?

    Tickets are non-refundable when purchased and the event is rain or shine.


    The exclusive event will adhere to strict guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as all state and local public health mandates.
