Shipments

We ship all merchandise out of the United States. If you are ordering internationally you may be subject to customs fees and fulfillment delays.

Please read product descriptions carefully as some items in the store are on preorder and will have delayed ship times. A product that is on preorder can be identified as such in the product description.

When can I expect my order to ship?

We ask for 5-7 business days to process and ship domestic orders in the United States. International orders will take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information via the email used at checkout. 

Are there any additional costs for international orders? 

Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country. Please note we are not responsible for these fees. We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country.

As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any of these charges or others imposed by your country and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Contact your local customs office for information on what these charges may be.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email us at support@palmtreecrew.com if you'd like to cancel your order. Most orders can only be cancelled within an hour of purchase. If an order is already in fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
